LIMA, Peru (AP) — LIMA, Peru (AP) — Compania de Minas Buenaventura SAA (BVN) on Thursday reported third-quarter net income of $246.1 million.

The Lima, Peru-based company said it had net income of 96 cents per share.

The miner posted revenue of $545.3 million in the period.

Buenaventura shares have declined roughly 1% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $27.59, a climb of 24% in the last 12 months.
