The Zhitong Finance App learned that Prada (01913) rose more than 5%. As of press release, it had risen 5.05% to HK$39.92, with a turnover of HK$54.5515 million.
According to the news, Prada recently announced unaudited earnings for the nine months ended September 30, 2026. For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, Prada Group generated net revenue of 4,541 billion euros, an increase of 14.5% (endogenous growth +3.5%) over the same period in 2025. Foreign exchange rate fluctuations had a negative impact of approximately 2.9%, leading to the reported increase of 11.6%. Despite the Group's strong growth of +9.3% in nine months of 2025, making the comparison base challenging, net retail sales increased 11.0% year over year (+2.0% endogenous growth).
According to a research report released by Citi, Prada Group's sales for the third quarter were 1.49 billion euros, in line with market expectations; after excluding Versace, there was an endogenous 1% increase based on a fixed exchange rate, compared with a 7% increase in the previous quarter, while market expectations remained flat. Among them, Prada retail sales rose 1%, in line with market expectations, and same-store sales remained roughly the same. The bank pointed out that the slowdown in growth was affected by weak passenger flow from China and Japan and the higher comparative base of the US and South Korea, but management revealed in a conference call that the performance in September and October had improved slightly compared to July and August. The market response was strong after the release of the Miu Miu Spring and Summer 2027 series, while Versace plans to increase investment or limit the room for losses to narrow in 2027.
