04:14 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pharma Mar (PHM.MC) named Elena Calleja Crespo as chief financial officer to succeed María Luisa de Francia Caballero, who will retire on Dec. 31. Crespo will assume the role on Jan. 1, 2027. She has served as CFO of the biopharmaceutical company's oncology business unit for the last 18 years, according to a Thursday release.
