04:37 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nivika Fastigheter (NIVI-B.ST) plans to redeem its entire outstanding senior unsecured green floating-rate bonds due Feb. 14, 2028. The real estate company will redeem the bonds on Nov. 23 at 100.975% of the nominal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest, according to a Thursday release. The bonds will be delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm following the redemption.
