04:52 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Branicks Group (BRNK.F) said Sonja Wärntges will step down as chairwoman of the executive board at the end of October, the German real estate company said Thursday. Chief Restructuring Officer Josef Schultheis will assume her responsibilities from November 2026. Wärntges has been a member of the executive board since May 2013 and served as chairwoman since October 2017.
