05:31 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Neinor Homes (HOME.MC) intends to launch a takeover bid for the delisting of Spanish residential company Aedas Homes (AEDAS.MC), according to a Friday release. The Spanish housebuilder, which has secured a 98.15% stake in Aedas, will offer 24 euros per share to the remaining shareholders ahead of a vote on the delisting at Aedas' general shareholders' meeting. Neinor launched a voluntary tender offer for Aedas in June 2025 at the same price.
