05:44 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mobico Group (MCG.L) agreed to Spain-based Autobuses de León unit Leita Mobility's takeover offer of 0.46 pound sterling per share, according to a Friday filing. The offer values the British transport company's entire share capital at 308 million pounds and represents a 55.1% premium to its closing share price on Oct. 20. Mobico's directors intend to unanimously recommend that shareholders vote in favor of the takeover's scheme of arrangement. The scheme is expected to take effect in the first half of 2027, subject to shareholder approval, regulatory clearances, and the court's sanction of the scheme.
