06:33 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish residential developer Bonava (BONAV-A.ST) agreed to sell a rental housing project with 109 housing units in Huddinge, Sweden, to Niam Real Estate. The construction of the apartments is scheduled to begin in spring 2027, subject to the building permit entering into force, with completion expected in 2028, according to a Friday release.
