06:41 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arion Bank (ARION.IC) entered into exclusive talks with Íslensk verðbréf for the sale of the former's Blikastaðaland site in Mosfellsbær, Iceland, according to a Friday release. The estimated price of the site, which the lender owns through its Landey subsidiary, is between 14 billion Icelandic krónur and 16 billion krónur. The negotiations are expected to conclude before the end of 2026, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2027. Íslensk verðbréf is working with the property development company Klasi on the acquisition.
