08:09 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission cleared the launch of a joint venture for the production of phosphoric acid and phosphate-based fertilizers between US-based Kaes Phosphate Holdings and Morocco's OCP Nutricrops. The authority concluded that the transaction would not raise competition issues because the venture has negligible activities in the European Economic Area, according to a Friday release.
