Pelthos Therapeutics Inc. (NYSE:PTHS) ("Pelthos" or the "Company"), a biopharmaceutical company committed to commercializing innovative therapeutic products for unmet patient needs, and Castle Creek Biosciences, Inc. ("Castle Creek"), a late-stage company developing redosable gene therapies, today announced they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Castle Creek will merge with Pelthos. The combination creates a transformative biotechnology company with novel technologies, including cell and gene therapy, targeting serious diseases that affect the skin.
