10:19 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Netel Holding (NETEL.ST) secured approval from the Swedish Companies Registration Office to complete its merger with infrastructure group Infrea (INFREA.ST), according to a Friday release. Infrea will be dissolved and its assets and liabilities transferred to the Swedish infrastructure contracting company upon the merger's registration on Nov. 4. Infrea will be delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm, with its last day of trading expected on Nov. 3. Infrea shareholders registered on Nov. 5 will receive 17 new Netel shares for every four Infrea shares held, with distribution expected on Nov. 9.
