12:40 PM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- OCI Global (OCI.AS) secured shareholder approval for all resolutions related to its proposed business combination with Orascom Construction (ADX:ORAS), according to a Friday release. As part of the combination, the Dutch chemicals company will delist from Euronext Amsterdam, effective Nov. 27, subject to required regulatory approvals in the relevant jurisdictions, among others. The last trading day will be Nov. 26. Separately, the tender period for NNS' voluntary offer will close on Nov. 17. NNS is OCI's largest shareholder.
