03:27 AM EST, 11/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Keir International (SASE:9542) Chairman Osama bin Farij bin Saeed Al-Owaidhi resigned for personal reasons, effective Oct. 29. The telecommunications and electrical technologies services group said Sunday that Mohammed bin Ali bin Saleh Al-Dhalaan was appointed to complete Al-Owaidhi's term as chairman. The company noted that Al-Dhalaan's appointment to the position will be subject to shareholder approval at its general assembly meeting.
