Recently, Ukraine and Russia have continued to use drones to attack each other's industrial, energy and other infrastructure. Ukrainian President Zelensky posted on social media on November 1, once again calling on Europe and the US to provide air defense support such as “Patriot” missiles to Ukraine as soon as possible. Zelensky said that from the evening of October 31 to the early morning of November 1, Russian forces attacked Ukrainian energy facilities in Dnepropetrovsk, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, and Khmelnitsky regions. The damaged facilities included substations, transformers, and transmission lines. The attack caused widespread power outages.
