Ukrainian President Zelensky posted on social media on November 1 that the Ukrainian military launched a remote attack on Russia's Rostov region, and military facilities, including the “Kamensky Joint Venture,” were hit. Zelensky said that the Ukrainian military also attacked a Russian “armored” air defense system and a command and control vehicle with an “S-400” air defense system. The total value of the air defense facilities hit was about 70 million US dollars.
