US President Trump said that if the Democratic Party wins a majority of seats in Tuesday's midterm elections, he may have to be “Mr. Veto.” “They keep sending bills, and you directly veto them,” he said. “After a month or two, after all proposals have been rejected — you know, these bills are just a waste — they will come over and negotiate with me.” Trump will hold campaign rallies in Kansas and Iowa on Sunday to help the Republican Party maintain control of Congress. Polls show that Trump's low approval rating gave the Democratic Party a chance to win at least one or even two of the houses. “Hope we don't have to get to that point,” he said.
