11:45 PM EST, 11/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wisa Group (WISA.HE) shares will begin trading on Nasdaq Helsinki on Monday under the ticker WISA, after UPM-Kymmene (UPM.HE) completed and registered the partial demerger of its plywood business. The Finnish forest products manufacturer's shareholders will receive one Wisa share for every UPM share they own, according to an Oct. 31 release. UPM shares will continue to trade on Nasdaq Helsinki.
