12:02 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wereldhave (WHA.AS) sold the Eggert Center in Purmerend, the Netherlands, for 62.8 million euros, according to an Oct. 30 release. The Dutch real estate investment company transferred the full service center to Transitions Europe, a French real estate investment fund managed by Arkéa REIM. Wereldhave will remain its full-service asset, property and leasing manager. Proceeds will be used to boost Wereldhave's balance sheet. The group kept its 2026 guidance for direct result per share of 1.85 euros to 1.95 euros.
