01:30 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Infracore (INFRAC.SW) has committed to making a 70 million-franc cash offer for GZO AG Spital Wetzikon's real estate and operating assets if the Wetzikon Hospital's composition agreement fails. Nine institutional creditors of GZO AG Spital Wetzikon, who hold claims of 130 million francs and have rejected the composition agreement in its current form, requested the binding commitment, the Swiss healthcare infrastructure company said Monday. The proposed acquisition would exclude GZO AG Spital Wetzikon's cash and receivables, which would remain available to creditors. Hospital operations would continue without interruption, with Infracore's partner Swiss Medical Network prepared to take over operations. The company said its board approved the commitment and secured financing, with no public funds involved. It will submit the purchase offer once the failure of the composition agreement is established.
