01:54 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The trail of Skan Group (SKAN.SW) chief financial officer and head of the services, digital and single-use systems segment over the alleged insider trading charges will start on Thursday at the Swiss Federal Criminal Court, the healthcare supplies company said Monday. The charges relate to the Office of the Attorney General's probe launched in 2023, involving the two executives of the company and the then-chairman of the board. The proceedings against the former chairman were dismissed and the allegations were dropped, with the state bearing the full cost of the proceedings. The Federal Court is expected to announce a first-instance decision on Nov. 17. Skan Group's board conducted a thorough assessment in 2023 and expressed its confidence in the two executives and still upholds the presumption of innocence.
