02:03 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swiss automotive supplier Autoneum (AUTN.SW) agreed to acquire France-based automotive products manufacturer and supplier Trèves Group, according to a Monday filing. The deal includes an upfront consideration of 40 million euros and a potential earn-out of up to 24 million euros. More than 80% of the upfront payment will be made in shares, with the remainder in cash. Subject to consultation with relevant employee bodies and regulatory clearances, the deal is expected to close in the early first quarter of 2027. Trèves Group operates 26 production sites in 15 countries across Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Africa.
