02:09 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Skanska (SKA-B.ST) is allocating 2.2 billion Czech koruny to the fourth phase of its Emil Kolben District residential project in Prague, Czech Republic. The Swedish construction group said Monday that 1.3 billion koruny will go toward construction, which will begin within the month and is scheduled for completion in spring 2029. The fourth phase of the project will include 272 low-energy apartments and five non-residential units.
