02:53 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE.L, TTE.PA) plans to expand its methane detection project in India with Oil India Ltd, according to a Monday filing. As part of the plan, a second one-month exercise to detect and quantify methane emissions using TotalEnergies' Ausea technology will be initiated at additional Oil India-operated sites. The partners completed emissions reporting at more than 20 sites in Assam operated by Oil India under the first month-long campaign.
