03:04 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kosmos Energy (KOS.L) secured an extension for its $1.2 billion reserve-based lending facility to April 2033 from December 2029, the deepwater exploration and production company said Monday. The facility, which is secured against the company's production assets in Ghana, is now priced at the secured overnight financing rate plus 4.5% for the initial three-year period.
