03:27 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Grainger (GRI.L) reached the topping-out stage at Alloy Apartments, the second phase of The Mint build-to-rent development in Guildford, England. The 75 million-pound sterling project will deliver 179 rental homes and is on track for practical completion in early 2028, with homes launching in mid-2028, the British residential landlord said on Monday. Together with the first phase, Assay Apartments, The Mint will provide 277 homes and represent 116 million pounds in investment.
