05:24 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The board of Ame Co. for Medical Supplies (SASE:9527) recommended doubling the company's share capital to 140 million Saudi riyals from 70 million riyals through the issuance of bonus shares. The Saudi Arabia-based medical products distributor said Monday that the increase will be done through the issue of one bonus share for every share held and funded by transferring 70 million riyals from retained earnings. The move is subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
