(PPHC.L), or PPHC, purchased New York-based strategic communications group Reevemark for up to $80 million, according to a Monday filing. The London-listed strategic communications provider agreed to pay an initial consideration of $28 million and up to $52 million of additional contingent consideration as part of the transaction, which it expects to be immediately accretive to its EPS. PPHC integrated the Reevemark into its TrailRunner International group, under which it will operate as a standalone business and keep its name.
