05:42 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Almujtama Alraida Medical's (SASE:9592) board resolved to terminate its contractual relationship with related party Bright Screens Company, the Saudi Arabia-listed pharmacy operator said Monday. The decision followed a recommendation from the audit committee after the ordinary general assembly in June did not approve continued dealings with Bright Screens for 2026. The assembly gave the board six months to rectify the situation. The contract was initially announced in January 2024, when the board approved an agreement with Bright Screens worth 1.8 million Saudi riyals.
