05:45 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mpac Group (MPAC.L) Chair Andrew Kitchingman will step down after the packaging and automation company's next annual general meeting, which is expected in May 2027. Subsequently, nonexecutive director David Squires will succeed Kitchingman, according to a Monday filing.
