06:03 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Appear ASA (APR.OL) appointed Petter Lade as its new chief financial officer, with effect no later than May 1, 2027, according to a Monday filing. The Oslo-listed media processing and live content delivery company said Torbjørn Blom-Hagen will assume the role of interim CFO from Dec. 1, as previously announced, until Lade formally succeeds outgoing CFO Per Øyvind Stene.
