06:40 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Petra Diamonds' (PDL.L) shares were suspended from trading on the London bourse's main market starting Monday, amid a delay in the publication of its financial report for the year ended June 30. The diamond miner said in a same-day release that the UK Financial Conduct Authority suspended the company's listing from the Official List after it missed the Oct. 31 publication deadline. Petra Diamonds said it is working to complete the audit and aims to publish the report "as soon as practicable." It plans to seek restoration of the listing and a resumption of trading once the report is published.
