Constellation LP will purchase aircraft leasing assets from sources including, but not limited to, Avolon's fleet, and will earn revenue from holding and selling aircraft leasing assets. At the same time, Avolon's subsidiary provides aircraft asset management services to ConstellationLP as an exclusive aircraft asset management service provider and collects related management fees and commissions.
Based on the value of the leasing assets of the first batch of 22 aircraft with leases to be purchased by Constellation LP from Avolon, it is estimated that the total investment scale of Constellation LP will not exceed 500 million US dollars, and Avolon's investment amount will not exceed 75 million US dollars based on a 15% equity ratio.
