07:14 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Beijer Alma (BEIA-B.ST) subsidiary Beijer Tech agreed to acquire a majority stake in Swedish valve service company Ventilteknik i Motala. Closing of the deal will take place on Monday, the Swedish acquisition-focused industrial group said in a same-day release. Ventilteknik i Motala has 20 employees and revenue of 70 million kronor.
