Rapidflow Inc, a premier US-based Cloud and Technology Services provider, today announced its acquisition of GreenCube Global, a Singapore-based Oracle partner focused on Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Business Intelligence (BI) and Hyperion solutions, with a 20-year presence across Asia-Pacific (APAC) and the Middle East.

This strategic combination unites Rapidflow’s core Oracle expertise with GreenCube Global’s proven Cloud and on-premise EPM capabilities.

The acquisition leverages two high-performing organizations under a unified, customer-first strategy to deliver greater value across Oracle landscapes:

  • Expanded Solution Portfolio: Rapidflow will leverage GreenCube Global’s 20-year flagship EPM practice to offer US customers advanced solutions, including planning and budgeting, financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Global Footprint and Cross-Regional Reach: Rapidflow expands into high-growth APAC and Middle East markets, while GreenCube Global’s clients gain immediate access to Rapidflow’s enterprise Oracle services.
  • Expanded Domain Expertise: Combined expertise spans manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, beverages, banking and financial services, real estate and hospitality, telecommunications and satellite services, and diversified investment holding companies.
