Citi maintains Roku's “neutral” rating, with a price target of $157.

According to the data, Roku's total revenue for the third quarter reached US$1,502 million, 11% higher than the market consensus forecast; total gross profit reached US$647 million, 4% higher than the consensus estimate; the adjusted EBITDA reached US$249 million, 50% higher than the consensus estimate of US$166 million, and more than double the same period in 2025 (US$117 million).

According to the business division, the platform business revenue was 2% higher than the consensus forecast, and the gross profit was 5% higher than the consensus forecast, showing strong profitability. The equipment business revenue reached US$194 million, which was 43% higher than the consensus estimate of US$135 million; however, the sector's gross profit was -49 million US dollars, and the consensus forecast was -40 million US dollars.

Citi specifically mentioned the pending acquisition of Roku by FOX.US (FOX.US) in the research report. According to Citigroup's analysis, given that the Fox acquisition is progressing, it is expected that Roku's stock price reaction to this financial report will be relatively lackluster; however, this may bring a slight positive boost to Fox's equity value.
