11:38 PM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hanza (HANZA.ST) completed the acquisition of Fortaco's steel fabrication and assembly operations in Finland, Poland and Estonia for a total consideration of up to 200 million euros, according to Monday releases. The transaction covered two factories in Finland, another two in Poland, and one in Estonia. The Swedish contract manufacturer acquired the assets at an enterprise value of 144 million euros plus earn-out payments. Hanza will integrate the assets into its existing manufacturing clusters in the three countries, with consolidation to take effect in November.
