Grab Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: GRAB) shares rose 6.57% to $3.05 in after-hours trading Monday after the company reported third-quarter 2026 results, with revenue growing 27% year-over-year to $1,112 million and full-year guidance raised.

Grab describes itself as a Southeast Asia superapp operating across deliveries, mobility and digital financial services, serving over 900 cities in eight countries.

Grab Reports Third-Quarter Results

Revenue rose from $873 million in the same quarter last year, or 30% on a constant currency basis, which strips out the effect of foreign exchange moves. Profit for the period was $18 million, compared with $17 million a year earlier.

Adjusted EBITDA, a non-IFRS measure of operating performance, grew 73% to a record $237 million. Monthly transacting users reached a record 57.2 million, up 20% from 47.7 million. Financial Services revenue rose 124% to $201 million, and the segment’s adjusted EBITDA turned positive for the first time.

"More users are transacting on Grab than ever," said Group CEO and Co-Founder Anthony Tan. He added that Southeast Asia "continues to be one of the fastest-growing regions globally and remains under-penetrated," and said Grab will accelerate its cross-platform strategy to capture the opportunity.

Grab Raises Guidance and Repurchases Shares

Grab raised its 2026 group revenue guidance to $4.15 billion to $4.20 billion, from $4.10 billion to $4.15 billion previously. It lifted adjusted EBITDA guidance to $790 million to $800 million, from $720 million to $740 million.

The company repurchased $400 million of shares in September and October, with $500 million remaining under its repurchase programs.

Separately, Grab said Taiwan’s Fair Trade Commission rejected its proposed acquisition of Delivery Hero’s foodpanda Taiwan business in October. It will record a $60 million break fee in the fourth quarter, with no impact on its full-year guidance.
