02:22 AM EST, 11/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Asker Healthcare Group (ASKER.ST) acquired Estonia-based mobility aids and personal assistive equipment provider Teresa OÜ, the Swedish medical products group said Tuesday. Teresa OÜ sells and rents mobility aids, personal care products and medical devices to patients and care providers through 11 service centers and online. Asker expects the acquisition to "contribute positively" to its EBITA margin and complement its existing presence in Estonia, among others.
