05:42 AM EST, 11/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Corem Property Group (CORE-A.ST, CORE-B.ST, CORE-D.ST) and Scandic Hotels Group (SHOT.ST) signed a 20-year lease agreement for a hotel project in Stockholm, Sweden. The real estate company and the hotel operator will develop and convert a 15,000-square-meter office property into a 320-room, eight-story hotel, according to a Tuesday release. The contract remains subject to the approval of a building permit, with occupancy targeted in the fourth quarter of 2028.
