According to the Zhitong Finance App, Insili Intelligence (03696) announced that on November 3, 2026, Insilicon Smart Shanghai and InsiSiSi signed partnership agreements with Value Partners Shenzhen, Pudong Construction and Hanchen Lanxi to establish a fund. The total amount of pledged capital to the fund is RMB 610 million, of which the Group plans to invest a total of RMB 302.5 million. Once established, the fund will not become a subsidiary of the company, and its financial results will not be incorporated into the group's accounts.

The name of the fund is Anglo-SiP Value Partners (Shanghai) Private Equity Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership). The fund should mainly invest in growing companies (from round A to pre-listing) in related fields such as biomedicine, life sciences, artificial intelligence, and their interdisciplinary applications. Funds may also subscribe for shares issued by listed companies in the above industries to specific investors, or acquire shares of such listed companies through bulk transactions, agreed transfers, or other undisclosed means permitted by applicable regulations, but may not participate in centralized bidding transactions on stock exchanges. The fund can also invest in convertible bonds with equity conversion rights, privately issued or traded convertible bonds, and other investment instruments with equity investment properties.

Participation in the fund is in line with the Group's strategic direction and will enable the Group to participate in the growth opportunities brought about by continued development and innovation in the biopharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
