07:37 AM EST, 11/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- EQT (EQT.ST)-backed SatPort Infrastructure acquired Speedcast's teleport infrastructure business. The acquisition comprises 12 teleports across 11 countries and five continents, the Swedish private equity company said Tuesday. SatPort provides teleport and gateway infrastructure for low Earth orbit, medium Earth orbit and geostationary constellations.
