12:00 PM EST, 11/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Verve Group Media (VER.ST, VRV.F) named Bryan Jennings chief financial officer with immediate effect, succeeding Christian Duus. Duus will remain with the mobile advertising intelligence company for a handover period until Dec. 31, according to a Tuesday release. Duus will then leave Verve to pursue new opportunities in the Nordic region.
