12:08 AM EST, 11/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Più Medical (PMED.MI) completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Genoa, Italy-based pharmacy Farmacia dell'Aquila, according to a Tuesday filing. The Milan-listed pharmaceutical and integrated healthcare services provider said it already paid 2 million euros for the transaction, with another 1 million euros deferred and subject to conditional price adjustments. A potential earn-out payment will also be made depending on the pharmacy's performance in the 12 months after completion of the purchase. With the transaction, Più Medical gained the option to buy the remaining 40% stake in Farmacia dell'Aquila.
