01:56 AM EST, 11/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize (AD.AS) logged 625 million euros in net income attributable to common shareholders for the third quarter, compared with 584 million euros a year ago. EPS moved to 0.72 euro from 0.65 euro, a Wednesday filing showed. For the three months ended Sept. 30, net sales were 23.09 billion euros versus 22.49 billion euros previously, the Dutch food retail group added. Analysts polled by FactSet were expecting 22.99 billion euros in net sales, 574.4 million euros in net income, and 0.70 euro in EPS. Looking ahead, the company expects its fourth-quarter net sales to decrease by 200 million euros to 250 million euros and IFRS operating income to decline between 75 million euros and 100 million euros due to the impact of a cybersecurity incident. For full-year 2026, diluted underlying EPS growth at constant exchange rates is now expected to be in the low single digits, compared with the previous estimate of mid- to high-single-digits. Ahold Delhaize also plans to increase its dividend for the year at a mid-single-digit rate.
