02:58 AM EST, 11/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DocMorris' (DOCM.SW) German telemedicine platform TeleClinic is acquiring Medi24, a Liebefeld, Switzerland-based telemedicine provider, from German insurer Allianz's (ALV.F) unit Allianz Partners. The Switzerland-listed online pharmacy company said Wednesday that the business will be acquired at an enterprise value in the range of low double-digit million francs. The acquisition will mark TeleClinic's entry into Switzerland and the start of the platform's international expansion. Completion is expected in December.
