03:57 AM EST, 11/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Barclays (BARC.L) concluded a 1 billion-pound-sterling share buyback program launched in July and initiated another repurchase plan for up to 500 million pounds. The British lender repurchased 213,040,129 ordinary shares at an average price of 4.69 pounds each for cancellation and aims to buy back up to 1,165,758,040 shares from Wednesday, according to a same-day filing.
