04:52 AM EST, 11/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Komax Group (KOMN.SW) appointed Roger Albrecht as new chief executive officer as it launched an organizational restructuring process, according to a Wednesday release. Under the restructuring, the automated wire processing company will replace its existing three business units, solutions, quality solutions and market and digital services, with two new segments, automotive and industrial and transportation. The realignment will take effect from Jan. 1, 2027. Albrecht will also assume his new role on Jan. 1, 2027, succeeding Chairman Andreas Häberli as CEO.
