The UK-listed agriculture company issued 9,433,064 ordinary shares at 0.0026 pound apiece, according to a Wednesday filing. The new shares are expected to start trading on Nov. 30. The fundraising, alongside a related placing and subscription worth 719,526 pounds, is subject to approval at a general meeting scheduled for Nov. 27.
