(SASE:9537) won a legal dispute against Baz United Trading Co., with a Saudi court upholding a judgment ordering the latter to pay 14.41 million Saudi riyals for outstanding payments on household electrical appliances supplied by Amwaj. The Commercial Court's Third Appellate Circuit in Jeddah upheld the first-instance judgment and dismissed Baz United's appeal on its merits, the electronic and electrical appliances wholesaler said Wednesday. Amwaj noted the ruling does not mean the awarded amount has been collected.
